Managing browser notifications

We have launched the Browser Notifications. This allows you to see a notification directly on your Browser,  when a new message is received in the Roomgo mailbox.

The first time you will go into your Roomgo mailbox, you will see a popup asking you if you wish to allow this notification on your device.

To opt-in

  1. Go to your Messages section
  2. A popup will appear at the top of the screen, click YES PLEASE
  3. Then, click Allow
  4. The notifications are now activated, they will appear on the right side of the screen.

If the popup does not appear on your screen, you can activate the notifications manually.

  1. From your Messages section
  2. Click on the Secure button, at the top of the screen, in the Search bar
  3. On the Notifications line, click the little arrow 
  4. Select Always Allow on this site
  5. Refresh the pageTo opt-out
  1. Go to your Messages section
  2. Click on Secure in the Search bar, at the top of the screen
  3. On the Notifications line, click the little arrow
  4. Then select Always block on this site
  5. Refresh the page
