Problems upgrading
I’ve just made a payment but my account has not been upgraded.
With online credit, debit or PayPal payments, your Premium Membership should be activated instantly.
If, for any reason it is not, please contact the Customer Service Team by email, attaching your Paypal receipt or proof of payment.
My credit card payment is declined
Please make sure that you are using a credit card that accepts international and online payments. If after a couple of times your credit card is still not taking the payment, please stop trying as our payment processor could block your card and contact us so we can help you further.
